An official distributor
TopBorneo is an official distributor of MSA Safety, KStrong and Bullard. That matters for two practical reasons. The equipment is original, with the manufacturer's own documentation, which is what an auditor asks to see. And a warranty claim goes through TopBorneo to the manufacturer, so you are not the one arguing with a factory abroad.

Our own workshop in Kota Kinabalu
The service side runs from a workshop at Lean Seng Industrial on Jln Undan in Kota Kinabalu. Three pieces of equipment do most of the work:

TopBorneo services MSA portable gas detection equipment as an authorised MSA service centre. Every unit that is calibrated comes back with a dated certificate.
Breathing apparatus servicing, cylinder testing and fall protection inspection run on their own benches in the same workshop. What each of those jobs involves is described under servicing and calibration.
Registered as a government supplier
TopBorneo is registered as a supplier to Malaysian government departments. A school, a hospital or a department that wants to order sends its item list and delivery address to crm@topborneo.com. The written quotation comes back by email and can go straight against your budget.
The people you deal with
Around a thousand orders a year go through the two offices, and the same people handle your enquiry, your order and the servicing afterwards. Yes. Next to the safety side, TopBorneo supplies laboratory equipment, consumables, chemicals, analytical balances and laboratory furniture, delivered across Malaysia from the offices in Labuan and Kota Kinabalu. Put the delivery address in your enquiry and the delivery goes on the quotation.
