How a government body orders, by amount
Malaysian government procurement sets the procedure by the value of the order.

Below RM 50,000 registration is not a condition at all. TopBorneo is registered as a government supplier. Purchases from a school fund follow a separate rule of the education ministry, and the amounts above are not confirmed for that route.
Laboratory and safety on one order

Yes. TopBorneo delivers laboratory orders across Malaysia from its offices in Labuan and Kota Kinabalu, so put the delivery address in the enquiry and the delivery goes on the quotation. Servicing and on site work are quoted per address, because that work needs a technician standing next to the instrument, so name the site in the enquiry as well.
What does TopBorneo need to quote a laboratory order?
A list. For consumables that means the item, the quantity and the pack size. For equipment it means the application, the temperature range or capacity, and the number of workplaces served. TopBorneo quotes against that list.
Can a government department buy directly from TopBorneo?
For purchases up to RM 50,000 a government body may buy directly from any supplier, registered or not, under treasury circular PK 2.1. TopBorneo is registered as a government supplier. Above that amount the purchase runs through a quotation round, so send the list or the tender document and TopBorneo quotes on it.
