Send the make, model and serial number of each item, the quantity, and the date of the last service if you have it. Serial numbers decide which sensors, which test stand and which parts a unit needs, and the quotation follows from that. Sarawak is a long state, and the work is not the same at both ends
Gas processing and marine work set the pace around Bintulu. Around Miri the equipment comes off offshore jobs and terminals. Around Kuching the buyer is more often a contractor or an institution, and the enquiry comes from a purchasing office rather than from a rig. What does TopBorneo need in order to quote?
The make, model and serial number of each item, the quantity, and the date of the last service if it is known. Serial numbers matter because test stands and spare parts are model specific. What comes back with the equipment?
Every gas detector that leaves the calibration bench goes back with a dated calibration certificate. Breathing apparatus, cylinders and fall protection equipment come back with the recorded result of the work done on them.
